Community Petition Access Locations

We want to ensure that community members have the opportunity to participate in the lawful activity of signing petitions. To help make this process more accessible, several local businesses and community hubs have generously allowed space for petition signing.

These locations are provided solely for accessibility and convenience. Their participation does not represent an endorsement of any petition, campaign, or recall effort. We ask that visitors use these spaces respectfully and refrain from hosting debates, campaigning, or engaging in political advocacy at these sites.

Who is behind the recall? This effort is led by local parents, families, and residents who care about long-term planning, responsible use of public funds, and how school board decisions impact students and neighborhoods. Everyone involved is volunteering their time while balancing jobs, families, and other responsibilities. There is no formal organization or outside funding. This is a community-driven effort rooted in local concerns.

What is the purpose of the recalls? This effort is about accountability for governance decisions and outcomes, not personal motives. Strong systems depend on trust, transparency, and responsibility at every level of leadership.

Why Now? The impacts of prior decisions—including school closures, boundary changes, program disruptions, and concerns about academic rigor and student outcomes—are now being felt by families and students. Many community members feel that traditional avenues for input, such as public comment and advisory committees, have not led to responsive or transparent decision making. The recalls reflect accumulated concern over governance decisions, not a single event.
